The second reading intervention program that FPVI conducted for children in the community was held in Barangay Balire for a week in May 2025 with over 30 participants, 7 FPVI Reading Mentors and an FPVI support team of 5 with the full support of Kapitan Alex Davocol, Barangay Captain of Balire, the 8th barangay of Tunga.
